Kudlov is a district of Zlín, about 2.5 km southeast of the city centre. Its first written mention dates to 1571.

The Chapel of St Wenceslas on Václavská Street, designed by František Lýdie Gahura, was consecrated in 1929. The Film Studios complex on Filmová Street was established in the 1930s to produce advertising for the Baťa company. The Secondary School of Film, Multimedia and Computer Technologies (Creative Hill College) is based on Filmová Street, while the private JINOTAJ nursery and primary school operates on the film studios' grounds on that street. The Zlín–Kudlov nursery school, established by the statutory city of Zlín, is on Na Vrchovici Street.
