Pržno lies on the left bank of the Vsetínská Bečva, about seven kilometres north-west of Vsetín.

Pržno was first mentioned in 1372. The Catholic Church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary dates from 1889. The Evangelical church dates from 1872.

Dajmix is based in Vsetín and brings flowers to Pržno too. Flowers can be handed to the recipient at home or at work. They can also be handed over at another place where the recipient is staying.
