Flower delivery to Žeranovice from Vsetín

The municipality of Žeranovice lies in the foothills of the Hostýn Mountains. It is also at the meeting point of three regions: Haná, Valašsko and Slovácko. There is a primary school and a nursery school in the municipality.

The first written record of Žeranovice dates from 1297. The Church of St Lawrence was consecrated in 1900 on the site of an older church mentioned as early as 1322. The chateau stands on the site of a fortified manor first mentioned in 1342; Count Seilern's reconstruction in 1852 gave it its present appearance. The chateau houses the Zámecká hospůdka restaurant; about a kilometre south-east of the municipality are the remains of Na hrádku Castle, which had disappeared by 1509 at the latest.
